[AV]root-RLV-sticky

The [AV]root-RLV-sticky is a high-security persistence plugin designed exclusively for the AVsitter™ ecosystem. It provides a robust „sticky“ locking mechanism that ensures RLV compliance remains enforced across sessions, crashes, and unauthorized teleport attempts.

Standard AVsitter™ RLV add-ons manage restrictions during an active session but release the avatar upon logout. The [AV]root-RLV-sticky closes this security gap by maintaining an independent tracking state and a geometric anchor, ensuring the avatar is immediately recaptured whenever they log into the region.

• Sticky Relog Enforcement: Automatically re-grabs the avatar after a logout or viewer crash.
• Geometric Anchor: Overwrites the viewer's movement buffer to mitigate bypasses via „Home Teleport“ shortcuts.
• Precision TP-To: Actively forces the avatar back to the furniture's exact position upon detection.
• Safe Release: Strictly follows the official „Unsit“ signal to ensure all RLV restrictions are wiped upon a legitimate release.

The plugin utilizes a non-volatile tracking logic. Once a synchronization is established, the script creates a persistent „sticky“ bond stored within its internal memory buffer, independent of the avatar's online status.

By establishing a Geometric Anchor at the start of a session, the plugin synchronizes the avatar's login-coordinate-buffer with the object's global position. This ensures that the RLV-compliant viewer prioritizes the object's coordinates during the login sequence.

This plugin is distributed as No Modify / No Transfer.

Disclaimer: This script requires an RLV-compatible viewer and a functioning relay. By using this product, the user consents to the RLV restrictions applied. The creator is not responsible for any misuse. Users can always regain control by disabling RLV in their viewer settings or detaching their relay hardware.

The version available is a Standard License. It is intended for personal use by the buyer on their own furniture. This version is distributed as No Modify / No Transfer. You cannot include this script in items you intend to sell.

We offer a specialized licensing model for furniture creators who wish to integrate the [AV]root-RLV-sticky technology into their own commercial products.

Commercial versions are not „off-the-shelf.“ Each commercial script is custom-compiled and hard-coded to the purchaser's unique SL UUID.

• Validation Logic: The script performs a real-time check upon rez and initialization. It verifies that either the current owner or the object creator matches the licensed UUID.
• Anti-Tamper: If the script is moved to an object created by an unlicensed user, it will immediately enter a „Locked State“ and disable all RLV protocols.
• Permissions: Commercial licenses are provided as No Modify / Copy / Transfer. This allows you to sell the script within your furniture while ensuring your customers only receive „Copy“ permissions.
